Erol Buğday graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and began practising as an attorney admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2004.

After approximately seven years in legal practice, Buğday entered the judiciary in 2011 and served as a judge in various provinces and districts across Türkiye. During this period, he gained extensive experience in assessing disputes of different kinds, conducting judicial proceedings and resolving legal conflicts.

After leaving the judiciary, Buğday returned to legal practice and continues to work as an attorney admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association No. 1. Drawing on his experience as both an attorney and a judge, he advises on the assessment of legal disputes and the conduct of judicial proceedings.
