Güzin Acar graduated with honours from Istanbul Medipol University Faculty of Law in 2022. She continues her academic studies as a full-scholarship student in the university’s LL.M. in Private Law programme and practises as an attorney at La Mer Law & Consultancy.

Acar has developed particular experience in insurance, commercial and employment law. She has played an active role at every stage of insurance arbitration proceedings, including applications, review, drafting decisions and enforcement.

She advises individuals and legal entities across a range of matters, particularly commercial, insurance, employment and criminal law, and works on dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Fluent in English, Acar focuses her practice on legal research, advisory work and dispute resolution.
