About Us
La Mer Law & Consultancy was established in 2023 by Attorney Aslıhan Aynacı, drawing on sector-specific experience dating back to 2010, with the aim of providing high-quality, solution-oriented legal support to clients operating in the maritime industry.
Since its establishment, La Mer Law & Consultancy has represented shipowners, ship operators, shipyards, equipment and bunker suppliers, and seafarers operating in Türkiye and abroad, both in contentious matters and advisory work. The dynamic, international and highly demanding nature of the maritime industry has shaped the foundations of La Mer’s working culture.
Today, with Attorney Seyit Veziroğlu joining the partnership in 2026, the firm continues its activities through a broader and multidisciplinary structure encompassing diverse areas of law while preserving the international working discipline rooted in maritime law.
